Authentic People Are Happier: 3 Steps to Becoming Fearlessly Authentic

Have you noticed that there are some people who just seem to be happier than most? Have you ever wondered how they do it?

The answer is they are living a fearlessly authentic life.

If you asked me five years ago if I was fearlessly authentic, I would say, “Hell no”. I very much went around trying to please those around me, silencing my inner voice.

At one point I thought that to be fearlessly authentic meant that you said what you wanted, did what you wanted, and did not give a sh*t what anyone thought about you.

A few years ago, I spent a whole year trying to figure out how to become fearlessly authentic and today I want to share with you what I learned and the 3 steps that I took to unleash my fearlessly authentic self.

Before we get started, I want you to give yourself permission to be gentle and patient with yourself.

It is ok if:

  • You change your mind

  • ·You don’t have the answers

  • It takes time

Be proud of yourself. Because you are asking the questions, you are searching your soul and you are listening to your instincts. That is all that matters.
